I love having a well structured lesson template for each week of the year. This allows me to simply plug activities into each day of the week which saves so much time and energy. But, it also makes our classroom structure predictable and routine for my students. They don’t have to waste energy or brain power learning new schedules or types of activities each week. All of their energy can be focused on experiencing science in a real life way. Win-Win if you ask me!!
